【Product introduction】Electromagnetic switch, as its name suggests, is a switch controlled by an electromagnet, which is a combination of an electromagnet and a switch. When the solenoid coil is energized, electromagnetic attraction is generated, and the movable core pushes or pulls the switch contact closed, thereby turning on the controlled circuit. Electromagnetic switch is a control switch on the starter, and it is one of the three components of the starter (DC motor, transmission meshing mechanism, and electromagnetic switch). Its working principle is that the electromagnetic force generated after the coil is energized causes the movable iron core to move, thus pulling on the one hand. The transmission meshing mechanism causes the starter pinion gear to advance and engage with the engine flywheel ring gear, and on the other hand pushes the switch contact to make the DC motor energize, thereby driving the engine to start.
